DEPOSIT

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your appointment with Kaikoo. Deposits go toward the final price of your tattoo.

RESCHEDULES

We can do up to two rescheduled appointments. However, if you reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit is forfeit. Please try your best to stick to our appointment time. It’s the best way to ensure you get the tattoo you want and to honor my time. If the tattoo is rescheduled more than twice, another deposit will be required.

Cases of my fault or emergencies such as sickness or injury are exceptions.

CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS

Generally in the week of your appointment, I will send a rough sketch(es) to nail down form and concept. There will be some back and forth to flesh out details. Please be patient, as I am usually working on multiple drawings at a time and have not forgotten yours! Please be as responsive as possible during this time so that we land on a design we’re both stoked about!

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please make sure to have a full meal and be well rested. Feel free to bring snacks, water, books, and headphones. Podcasts and audiobooks are great. If you prefer a silent appointment, do let me know!

If you arrive 30+ minutes late (particularly without advance notice), you may be subject to a late fee and/or asked to reschedule your appointment.
